Some details to be aware of:
All returns of items in brand new, unworn condition must be requested in writing by emailing us within 5 (five) calendar days of item delivery. Once approved by Studio 22, items must be shipped back to Studio 22 within 7 (seven) calendar days of item’s initial delivery. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. A refund will be issued only after items are received and inspected by Studio 22. Custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If your beads need to be restrung due to breakage, Studio 22 will do the repair for free if requested in writing within 60 (sixty) calendar days of purchase. Repairs after 60 (sixty) calendar days can be done for a fee. Shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please email us to request a repair.
