When Should You Meditate?


Traditionally many recommend either first thing in the morning or last thing at night. The idea is that it’ll be easier to access your subconscious mind at those times.


My advice? Just do it when you can. If you’re always waiting for the perfect time or the perfect setting you’re never going to do it.


As you build your routine you’ll start to notice the times that work best for you and then just go with it! Forget the rules.
