Meditation has given me a clarity of thought that I didn’t know was possible. It has made me more creative and patient. It has given me some WILD experiences. It is something I look forward to every day and if I miss it, I just feel....off.
In terms of #simplewellness, it doesn’t get more simple or more mentally beneficial than meditation. And as with all my other wellness practices, it is quick and easy.
I have honed my practice over the years to be incredibly efficient (all of my practices are under 20 mins) and incredibly effective. It mixes a bunch of different schools of meditation to make it truly unique and after all these years, I am (finally) ready to share!
