I make my oats/chia concoction the same way (click HERE for my “recipe”) but instead of adding sliced fruit I blend it. This is great for fruit that is maybe a little past its prime or for frozen fruit.
I just toss it in the blender with a little milk or kefir and pour it over the oats/chia. Done!
Oooh also adding in some unsweetened coconut flakes is a total game changer - I’m obsessed!
This mixture is oats/chia + blended blueberries, almond milk and a scoop of flax+ sliced strawberries + flaked coconut.
