When I was little & something was wrong my mom’s prescription was always to go lay down for 20 mins...and you know what? 90% of the time it worked.
My advice to fix (almost) anything? Drink some water. You body is almost 60% water and when levels start getting low, the body starts working sub-optimally. Sooooo....
