A Five Minute Manifesting Exercise

While you’re having your morning coffee, take it and go some place quiet. I don’t care if you need to take it into the bathroom or throw on shoes and walk around the block but go some place where you won’t be disturbed. All you need is 5 mins.

Once you’re in your spot, think about something you wish you had. Maybe it is a different job, a new relationship, more money, a new car…it doesn’t matter…just think about what it would be like to have it. Use all 5 senses. What does having it feel like? What does having it look like? Smell like? You get the idea - make the vision as detailed as possible.

Set the timer on your phone for 5 minutes and go!

Other thoughts will pop into your head. Push them away and just come back to that thing you want.

How did you feel when that timer went off?

You were kinda bummed, right? It felt really good thinking about what you wanted...

Congratulations, you are on your way to manifesting! Work your way up to doing this 3x/day (so 15 mins total.)
